Our client is a growing pan-African airline operating an extensive network of scheduled passenger services across West, Central, and Southern Africa. The carrier operates a modern fleet of B737 aircraft, serving many destinations. With a strong focus on regional connectivity, fleet expansion, and operational efficiency, it plays a significant role in facilitating business and leisure travel across the continent.

We are looking for B737 First Officers to join our airline client on a 2-year renewable contract, on a permanent hire.

• Valid ICAO CPL or ATPL
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• ICAO English Proficiency Level 4 or higher
• B737 NG and/or MAX Type Rating
• Minimum 1,500 hours on multi-crew aircraft
• Recent multi-crew jet experience preferred
• Last flight on type ideally within the last 12 months

• Contract length: 02 years renewable
• Immediate start
• Location: West Africa
• Remuneration: USD 5,530 net p.m.
• Guaranteed Flying Hours: 70 hours per month.
• Overtime: USD 39/hour
• Sector Allowance: USD 10/leg
• Per Diem: USD 51
• Roster: Total 3 days in a month post flight rest; 5 days consecutive rests.
