Our client is looking for a seasoned aviation professional to own and drive quality, safety, and security compliance at an enterprise level. You will serve as the principal point of accountability for regulatory relationships, audit outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Given the nature of local regulatory engagement and the operational environment, candidates with direct familiarity with CAAP (Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines) and the Philippine aviation market are strongly preferred, as this knowledge will be critical for effective and immediate contribution.

Position
  • Lead and own the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring full regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities including CAAP, EASA, FAA, or equivalent bodies.
  • Direct all safety and security programs across the organisation, including risk assessments, incident management, and safety culture initiatives.
  • Manage internal and external audit programs, CAPA cycles, and corrective action tracking.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and manuals aligned to aviation regulatory requirements.
  • Report to executive leadership on QMS performance, safety metrics, and regulatory standing.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing quality and safety team.

 


Requirements
  • Senior leadership experience in QMS, Safety, and/or Security within the aviation sector (airline, MRO, or aviation operations).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CAAP regulations and the Philippine aviation regulatory framework; familiarity with EASA or FAA is an asset.
  • Proven track record managing audits, CAPA, and enterprise-level quality systems.
  • Currently active in the industry at Director or Head of Department level.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with regulatory authorities and senior executive stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to operate both strategically and hands-on.
