On behalf of our airline client, we are seeking a highly experienced aviation maintenance leader to join our Part 135 operation as Deputy Director of Maintenance (DDOM) based in the United States. This executive-level role serves as the primary deputy to the Director of Maintenance (DOM), ensuring fleet reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across a mixed fleet of Embraer 135, Legacy 600, and Gulfstream IV-SP aircraft.

Position

The DDOM provides direct oversight of technicians, maintenance controllers, planners, and inventory teams. You will act as the DOM’s second-in-command and be fully prepared to assume DOM responsibilities when required.


Requirements
  • Valid FAA A&P License. Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
  • Extensive Part 135 maintenance experience
  • Proven expertise with Gulfstream G-IV series and Embraer 135/Legacy platforms
  • Strong FAA audit, conformity & regulatory compliance background
  • Demonstrated team leadership and AOC management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and provide 24/7 operational support
  • Eligible for TSA CHRC & DOT drug testing
  • U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents (Green Card holders)
