Brookfield Aviation is supporting an established European aircraft maintenance organisation in seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Mechanics to join its airframe division in Amsterdam, supporting maintenance operations on a mixed Boeing and Airbus fleet within a modern, high-volume MRO environment.

Position

This opportunity is with a major European aircraft maintenance organisation operating one of the largest and most advanced maintenance facilities in the region. The role sits within the aiframe division, offering long-term stability, exposure to multiple aircraft types, and the chance to work in a highly professional engineering environment.

Successful candidates will be part of a large, international team where safety, precision, teamwork and continuous improvement are core values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance in accordance with all applicable regulations.
  • Ensure ground maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and support airframe and avionics tasks.
  • Carry out inspections, repairs and modifications across multiple aircraft types.
  • Contribute to process optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively within a large engineering team.
  • Operate within a rotating shift pattern.
  • Travel abroad occasionally to support operational assignments when required.
  • Maintenance exposure my include work in any Airbus or Boeing aircraft. 

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience as an Aircraft Mechanic on one or more Airbus or Boeing aircraft types.
  • EASA Part-66 Licence advantageous.
  • Strong technical English, written and spoken.
  • Dutch language skills considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • High level of responsibility, initiative and safety awareness.
  • EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands.

  • Gross salary estimated range between €38,000 to €53,000 + allowances and bonuses (depending on experience).
