Position

Reporting to the Director of Flight Operations, the A320 First Officer will support safe and efficient flight operations. This role is open to the pilots with a minimum of 2,000 total flight hours.


Requirements
  • Valid ATPL/CPL with A320 type rating endorsement
  • Current First Class Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 2000 total flying hours on Multi-Crew airplanes
  • At least 500 hours on type (A320)
  • Last flight on type within the past 12 months
  • No history of flight accidents or incidents
  • English language proficiency: Level 4 or above

Terms
  • 2-year contract (renewable)
  • Basic income: USD 2,231
  • Housing Allowance:  USD 1,000
  • Special Allowance: USD 1,500 (NET)/month (applicable until 31 December 2026)
  • One-Time Relocation Allowance: USD 500 (NET)
  • Flight Hour Rate: USD 26.15/hour
  • Flight Sector Rate: USD 7.69/hour
  • Other Benefits: Flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance and Family ticket support
  • Flexible roster: 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF
