Our client is one of the most important operators in the Caribbean region. It has established itself as one of the main private airline in the Caribbean, operating in more than 27 cities in 17 countries in the region.

Position

The Inventory & Purchasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the aviation and general stores operations across main stations, headquarters and overseas locations. This role ensures the timely and efficient supply of materials, components, and equipment to support aircraft maintenance, airport operations, ground support equipment, and office requirements. The manager will lead purchasing, logistics, and inventory control functions while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, Logistics, or related field (preferred).

· Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation stores, purchasing, or logistics management.

· Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, customs requirements, and supply chain practices.

· Proven leadership and team management skills.

· Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· English C1/C2

· Forklift operator’s license

· Drivers License

· Aviation dangerous goods awareness trainin

Type: Permanent Contract

Location: Caribbean Region

Salary Range: Up to USD 84,000 Gross per year (based on experience)
