A320 Captains Needed for Summer Season 2026

We are delighted to announce that our existing client is recruiting through Brookfield Aviation International A-320 Captains for the summer season 2026 in Tunisia.  

• Minimum 5 000 Hours on jet  
• Minimum 1,000 hours PIC on A320  
• English level 4  
• Valid ICAO licence  
• Last flight on A320 within last 6 months  
• Class 1 Medical  

• Captain Fee: 10,200EUR on 80 hours minimum (including housing of 4000 Tunisian Dinar if based in DJE  or 3500 Tunisian Dinar if based in MIR)

• Over time 125 EUR over 80 hours

• 8 Days off /month (with 5 consecutive days & 3 non-consecutive days)

• The pilot will get a monthly free travel ticket to our destinations. (only 1 ticket for their family for the period of the contract)

• Travel insurance

• Health insurance under the terms of our company (with a ceiling of 1000Eur)

• Duration of contract: From May 2026 till October 2026 (6 months) with possibility of extension mentioned one month in advance, with winter conditions, the contract can be extended till October 2028 (with 6 months full payment and 6 months half payment for the whole period)

• The candidates can pay the ticket costs to ensure the assessment and will be reimbursed if the assessment is passed.

• Colour copy of your passport
• Colour photo
• Copy of 03 last pages of your logbook stamped and the first page
• VALID Medical Class 1 Certificate
• VALID pilot ATPL license 
• The last simulator session report
• Flight hours certificate if any
• Recommendation letter
• No accident no incident document
• Training certificate (PBN, LVO, A320 digital audio, A320 NEO for CFM, AP/FD TCAS, FMS LANDING SYSTEM FLS....)
• Last License Verification Letter (if applicable). Please ensure that the contact and valid email address of the civil aviation authority of the country where your license was obtained are stated in the application form.
