A specialist in global air freight solutions, this organisation plays a key role in managing commercial capacity across scheduled and charter services. Operating within a fast-evolving cargo landscape, they combine market agility with data-driven decision-making to optimise performance across key trade lanes. As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy, maximise yield, and support commercial growth in a dynamic and competitive air cargo environment.

Position

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy across the air cargo network. The Revenue Manager will be responsible for driving profitability through dynamic pricing, route optimisation, and capacity control. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, the role demands strong analytical skills, market insight, and a proactive approach to revenue performance.

Pricing Strategy & Control

  • Develop and implement dynamic pricing models based on demand, available capacity, and market competition
  • Manage and maintain rate structures across commodities, weight breaks, and service tiers (e.g. mark-ups)
  • Adjust pricing to maximise revenue while maintaining competitiveness in key markets
  • Define pricing strategies for Road Feeder Services (RFS), including both feed and de-feed segments

Route Management

  • Guide bid pricing to balance market competitiveness with revenue optimisation
  • Set access pricing by route and customer segment to support profitability targets
  • Configure capacity settings (SPAV) and allotments to ensure efficient utilisation across products and partners
  • Forecast demand and manage overbooking levels on a route-by-route basis

System & Tool Management

  • Operate and configure Revenue Management Systems (RMS), dynamic pricing tools, and booking platforms
  • Maintain system rate sheets, capacity configurations, and pricing parameters
  • Safeguard data integrity across revenue, sales, finance, and planning systems

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred

• At least 5 years’ experience in revenue management within the air cargo sector

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data modelling; proficiency in advanced Excel and business intelligence tools

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across departments

• Excellent communication skills paired with a strong commercial mindset

• Fluent in English, with high-level interpersonal and presentation abilities

• Collaborative team player with the ability to perform under pressure

• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and structured working habits

Remuneration is up to 60,000 EUR per annum (based on your experience) plus benefits:
