Our client is a dynamic charter airline based in Europe, operating a B737 fleet. With a flexible and seasonal flight schedule, they are seeking an adaptable and experienced MCC Engineer to support their Maintenance Control Centre and ensure the safe and efficient execution of daily operations.

Position

The MCC Engineer will provide real-time technical support, manage AOG situations, and coordinate closely with flight operations and maintenance teams. Due to the nature of charter operations, the role involves a flexible and adaptive work pattern including variable shifts based on flight schedules and on-call availability. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time technical support to line maintenance and flight crews.
  • Monitor fleet performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Manage AOG recovery and liaise with OEMs/vendors.
  • Coordinate heavy checks during low season.
  • Contribute to MCC procedures and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate directly with the fleet’s technical manager and flight operations.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities.
  • Manage logistics with internal teams and external providers at non-standard destinations.
  • Support CAMO with documentation and compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or equivalent experience (B1/B2 license accepted).
  • 3+ years in MCC/OCC, CAMO, or airline operations (preferably with B737).
  • Strong knowledge of Boeing documentation (MEL/CDL/SRM/AMM).
  • Familiarity with CAMO and EASA regulations.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Right to work in the EU.

  • Remuneration in the area of €45,000-€55,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Potential related performance bonus.
