Are you an experienced sales leader looking to make an impact in the aviation industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Commercial Department in Papua New Guinea.

Position

this position will report to the General Manager Commercial, the primary purpose is to provide excellent and efficient service in facilitating work permit and visa processes for the department.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute innovative strategies to achieve revenue targets and explore new markets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and sales partners.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, train, and manage the sales team to exceed targets and deliver excellence.
  • Revenue Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Collaborate on competitive pricing strategies and lead impactful promotional campaigns.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, including 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Expertise in corporate sales strategies and client relationship management.

  • Strong leadership and analytical skills with a focus on results.

  • Experience in budgeting and financial planning.

  • Knowledge of aviation industry standards is a plus.
