Our client, a reputable airline in the Asian Pacific region, is currently recruiting two Senior Planning Engineers - Scheduling And Heavy Maintenance Operations to join the airline as permanent employees. The airline operates an extensive network of destinations and boasts a diverse fleet of narrow-body and wide-body aircraft. 

Position

职位概述
高级计划工程师职位是航空公司工程部门中的关键角色。该职位负责确保从重型维护中交付安全、合规且可靠的飞机。

确保重型维护检查管理流程，包括检查准备、控制和进度监控方法得到良好建立和执行。

推动持续改进、效率和生产力，特别是在任何重大发现和观察方面，提出缓解措施或建议解决方案，以提高准时性能（OTP）、最大化飞机可用性并最小化总成本。

确保轻型和重型检查的工作包质量和稳定性，以便有足够的时间进行准备，并降低检查延误和计划中断的风险。

 以最具成本效益的方式管理飞机维护人工成本，包括例行工时费用设置和非例行成本审查。

 

 

The Senior Planning Engineers position is a key role within the airlines’ engineering department. The role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant and reliable aircraft from heavy maintenance.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring that the heavy maintenance check management process, including check preparation, control and progress monitoring methodology is well establish and executed.
  • Representing the airline/department in negotiations with MROs, OEMs and other external agencies while the aircraft undergoing heavy maintenance.
  • Driving continuous improvements, efficiencies and productivities in particular on any significant findings and observations with mitigation or recommendation for solutions to improve OTP, maximize aircraft availability and minimize total cost.
  • Ensure quality and stability of work packages for both light and heavy checks to enable sufficient time for preparation and mitigation of risk of check delays and disruption of plans are in place.
  • Managing aircraft maintenance labour cost including routine man-hour charge setting and non-routine cost scrutiny in the most cost effective way.

Requirements

工程学位或飞机维修执照优先。

对飞机维护理念有良好的理解。

6年以上相关经验

有领导和交付业务流程改进的经验。

能够与内部和外部利益相关者建立强大而有效的关系。

  • Fluency in Chinese.
  • Engineering degree or Aircraft Maintenance Licence is preferred.
  • Good understanding of the aircraft maintenance philosophy.
  • 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in areas of maintenance planning.
  • Experience leading and delivering business process improvement.
  • Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Terms

薪资待遇
高级计划工程师职位的基本月薪最高可达7,200美元，另加全套福利（轮班津贴、年假、医疗保险、旅行福利、酌情奖金和利润分享）。

The position of Senior Planning Engineer carries a basic salary up to the equivalent of $7,200 per month plus a full set of benefits (shift allowance, annual leave, medical insurance, travel benefits, discretionary bonus and profit share).
