Our client is a unique, International Air Cargo company in the handling of air and ground logistics as well as aviation services. They are currently seeking to recruit a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join their team in Europe. Position
The Compensation and Benefits Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs across all entities within the Group to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business objectives. This role involves developing global compensation strategies, managing employee benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the role will include oversight of the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and strategic integration of HR processes. Main responsibilities:
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or certification in Compensation & Benefits preferred). • 7-10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on global or multinational environments. • Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, market benchmarking, and job evaluation methodologies. • Experience managing employee benefits programs across multiple countries and regions. • Proficiency in managing and optimizing HRIS platforms (e.g., HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM). • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present compensation and benefits data. • Strong understanding of global labour laws and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams. • Fluent English (verbal and written). This is a permanent position which carries a remuneration in the area of 70K EUR, health and life insurance plus relocation package. This position also benefits from special tax status in the country. General
