• Contract: long-term
• Training Bond: 3 years 
• Remuneration: Up to USD 8000 (avarage)
• Basic Salary: USD 3500 (avarage) p.m
• Common Contract allowance: USD 650 (avarage) p.m
• Overtime: 80.5hours per calendar month at the rate of 1.5 x standard hourly rate
• Fixed FDA: USD 325 p.m (avarage)
• Up to 50 hrs – USD 15 (avarage)
• From 50 to 75 hrs – USD 25 (avarage)
• Above 75 hrs – USD 30 (avarage)
• Transport Allowance USD 83 (avarage)
• End of year bonus (13th month extra salary) 
• Pilot in charge of his/her income tax.
