Our airline client is a regional airline based in Africa, operating regional aircraft to various domestic and international routes. 

Position

We are looking for a Chief Pilot to work on a 2-year contract.

This is envisaged as a non-flying position. 


Requirements

Musts:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management position within a Regional Airline.
  • Good references
  • Must have a traceable record of delivering results
  • Have held an ATPL and flown in an Airline
  • High level of computer skills
  • Good Communication skills and command of English language

Advantages:

  • Experience with the LEON rostering system
  • Experience with small regional aircraft, whether as pilot or manager
  • Experience in a multi-cultural working environment

Terms
  • 2-year contract, direct hire by the airline
  • USD 8,000 net per month
  • Suitable Furnished accommodation
  • 40 days leave per year
  • Business class positioning flight tickets
  • One Business class return ticket per year to country of recruitment
  • Staff Travel concessions
  • A company car
  • Company cellphone & laptop
  • Visa and work permit will be provided.
