Our exclusive client, a Flag Carrier Airline in West Africa, is seeking a highly experienced Technical Director to be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the airlines operations including aircraft maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality control, while implementing fleet maintenance programs efficiently.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aviation industry in a senior technical leadership role.
• Bachelors degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field is a plus
• Proven track record in managing technical operations in a large airline or MRO organization.
• Comprehensive knowledge of aircraft maintenance, engineering, safety, and quality control.
• Sound financial acumen, with the ability to develop and manage budgets effectively and implement maintenance programs for fleet.

• Full-time contract
• Salary: Between €96,000 – €120,000 per year NET of local taxes
• Annual leave: 30 days per year
• Tickets provided for positioning and holidays on a vast international network
