Our exclusive client is a fast-growing A320 Operator with +400 employees in the Middle East, looking to capitalize on growth opportunities with the strategic support of ex-pat and experienced management personnel.

Position
  • Role: Flight Operation Manager
  • Type of employment: Permanent & Full-Time direct contract with the airline.
  • Job Objective: Responsible for the oversight and supervision of operations management within the operations Directorate (Flight Operations, Cabin Operations, Operations Engineering, Training and Standards, Crew Rostering Travel and Accommodation, OCC), safety and security in flight operations and for supervision and management of policies, rules, procedures and instructions governing Airline fleet operations.

Requirements
  • College Degree Required.
  • Strong Communication and Organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills.
  • Must have 5+ years of relevant aeronautical experience, with 5 years of experience in management in a similar organization. 
  • Good knowledge of English language and Computer Software used in Flight Ops. 
  • Experience in the Gulf / Middle East region desirable. 

Terms
  • Monthly Salary: Competitive, negotiable salary based on experience and qualifications. 
  • All Salary is paid NET of any local taxes and social contributions. **ALL IS TAKE-HOME MONEY**
  • Accommodation is provided in a hotel or 2 bedroom flat. You choose what is best for you and your familys needs. 
  • Bigger accommodation can be organized by the airline if family members are joining.
  • Ground Transport: Provided by the airline
  • Commuting roster available: 2 months ON with 2 Weeks OFF. If you want to work longer and take longer time leave, can be negotiated.
  • Tickets: Economy class tickets are paid by the airline and provided for every rotation.
  • Local Private Full Medical Insurance provided
  • Work permit and residency issued and paid for by the airline. Support for family members for visa and residency.
