Position

We are looking for CPL licence holders or low hours First officers for our **SELF SPONSOR** Pilot Development Programs on B737-200 and B737-300 EFIS. This is the best time for those who want to be fully competitive and reach + 1,000 hrs on an international commercial airline operation 


Requirements

 

  • No previous experience required
  • All nationalities are welcome
  • No language restriction
  • Must be + 18 years old and NO age limit to apply
  • Non-rated CPL Holder - ICAO/FAA/EASA
  • Licence verification letter from authorities (if required)
  • Passport
  • Medical Class 1
  • English ICAO Level 4
  • USA Visa is required for the training. Airline & ATO will assist with all support letters required for this process if cadet requires to apply for Visa.

 


Terms
  • Three Types of Program: Basic, Standard, and Premium
  • Type of Aircraft: B737- 200 and B737-300 EFIS
  • Investment: Starting from USD 39,000 per cadet

All three programs include:

  • Operational base: Latin America
  • B737 Type Rating at designated ATO
  • B737 Base Training
  • B737 Line Training of 500hrs
  • Work Permit handling and costs
  • Local ICAO Licence convalidation
  • FREE 1-year international medical insurance provided on Premium plan
  • FREE Access to our Worldwide Aviation Coaching Course; Adjust with Purpose.

General

Additional Benefits for Standard and Premium

  • 1- or 2-year job contract upon completion of 500hrs of the line training
  • Up to USD 1,500 per month NET of any local taxes during the contract period
  • Recurrent SIM and expenses provided
  • Two (2) free return tickets every 12 months on the airline’s network and transferable to friends or family.
  • 20% discount on tickets for personal use or direct family members.
  • Extra crew tickets (Jump Seat) when available as subject to airline’s approval.
  • Annual Leave as per the airline’s policies during the contract period
  • Per diems when outside base

  • Brookfield’s Interview and documents revision and background check
  • Airline’s Human Resources Interview
  • Airline’s Technical Interview
  • Airline’s Technical Exam

Key Information

  • Ground courses start during the first quarter of 2022.
  • The job contract for 1 or 2 years for the programs that apply (Standard and Premium) is issued since the beginning of the training.
