Airline: Our client Maldivian has a diverse fleet of wide-, narrow-body and regional aircraft operating in different parts of the South Asia.

We are looking for Russian-speaking Entry-level Cabin Crew to work for our airline client in Maldives on a direct hire. 

On-site assessment: end December 2025, Hanoi - Vietnam. 

• Aged between 18 - 35 years
• Minimum completion of Secondary Education or equivalent
• Fluency in spoken English and Russian (Candidates must be fluent in both English/Russian) 
• Excellent level of health and fitness
• Minimum 01 year of experience in customer service filed will be an added advantage

Physical requirements:

Height

• Female: minimum 5 feet 2 inches (157cm)
• Male: minimum 5 feet 4 inches (162cm)

In height with weight in proportion

• Normal vision – contact lenses acceptable

Must be able to gain an Aviation Medical Certificate applicable to cabin crew members. This process will be completed in the Maldives.

• Contract length: 1 year (renewable)
• Starting date: January 2026
• Airline location: Maldives
• Basic salary: Up to USD 2,500 per month
• Annual Leave + Sick leave
