The A320 Captain will report to the Director of Flight Operations and play a key role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Captains will have the opportunity to fly modern aircraft, receive excellent training, and collaborate with a professional team committed to operational excellence.

• Valid CASA/EASA/ICAO/FAA Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with A320 type rating endorsement
• Current First Class Medical Certificate
• Minimum 4,500 total flying hours on multi-Crew airplanes
• At least 1,500 hours on type (A320)
• Minimum 1,500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) on multi-Crew airplanes, including 500 hours PIC on type (A320)
• Last flight on type within the past 12 months
• No history of flight accidents or incidents
• English language proficiency: Level 4 or above

• Contract: 2 years (renewable)
• During Ground School and Simulator Training: USD 3,569 per month
• From Line Training Onwards: Guaranteed minimum of USD 8,621 per month
• After Line Release: Payment will be based on actual flight hours. For example, at an estimated 75 flight hours, the monthly salary would be approximately USD 11,393.
• Other benefits: Flight tickets, ground transportation, health insurance, and family ticket support.
• Roster: Flexible schedule of 5 weeks ON / 1 week OFF or 9 weeks ON / 2 weeks OFF, depending on operational requirements.
