Our Clients: 

China Southern Airlines Company Limited is an airline headquartered in  Baiyun DistrictGuangzhouGuangdong Province, China. Established on 1 July 1988 following the restructuring of the Civil Aviation Administration of China that acquired and merged a number of domestic airlines, the airline became one of China's Big Three airlines. Over 2018 the carrier will take delivery of 115 aircraft, comprising 61 Boeing 737-800s, 39 Airbus A320 family jets, 10 787-9s and five A330-300s. It will also retire 29 aircraft, thus ending the year with an estimated 840 aircraft - up from 2017’s 754. 

The Terms: 

Up to $252,000 p.a. basic salary after tax (depending on contract model) + overtime+ bonus +benefits. Working patterns: 100% resident, or 10 days off per month, or 8 days off per month, two options have further 20 days annual leaves and 7 sick leaves days, Operating Base: MEL/BNE/SYD/AMS/CDG/GAN, allowing a comfortable life + work balance for the pilot. Requirements
  • Hold a current and valid Airline Transport Pilot License Certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of the respective country that has established diplomatic relations with China
  • Flight breaks no more than 180 days (6 months), and the last proficiency check conducted for keeping the validity of his license remains within the term of validity
  • Have flown a minimum of 5,000 hours in the front seat in the turboprop and turbojet (simulator time not included);
  • Have flown a minimum of 2,000 PIC experience hours in the multi-engine, multi-crew commercial jet aircraft with MTOW (maximum take-off weight) 50 tons above;
  • PIC experience hours shall meet: a minimum of 1000 PIC hours in the current type (136 tons MTOW and above) and 1,000 PIC hours in the current type (136 tons MTOW below) without the applying aircraft type endorsement
  • Hold a valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • English level equivalent to ICAO 4 or above and Category I instrument landing level
  • Age 52 or below for A320 type
  • Age 55 or below for A330 type
  • No record of flight incident or accident
  • No criminal record
